Simulation Research Group

Prof. Dr. Şahin Aktaş, Muhammet Arucu, İzzet Paruğ Duru, Nazlı Atiker

The main objective of the group is investigation of magnetic properties of particles (ferromagnetism, paramagnetism) by simulation methods. Monte Carlo simuation techniques are primarly preferred to use. Nowadays computational science, took heart from the speed and huge data processing ability of computers used numerical analysis in the field of physics.

In research center there is ”3 workstation” which can use 48 cores in paralel.
